Coordinator and Lecturer for AG383: Research Project Management Skills;
This is a capstone core course for the 3 year Bachelor of Agriculture degree (BAgr) where students learn (through lectures etc.) and practise research skills by undertaking a full research project culminating in the submission of a scientific research report and two seminar presentations; one on the proposal and the other on the research findings. Responsibilities involved the development of the Course Outline (which include the Course Learning Outcomes, Course Contents and learning resources), provision of lectures and course assessments.
Coordinator for AG384: Vocational Practical Training
This was also a core course where students were required to undertake 20 week practical attachments with approved relevant institutions. Responsibilities involved the development of the Course Outline and Practical Manual (which include the Course Learning Outcomes, Course Contents), provision of lectures and demonstrations, course assessments and grading.
Coordinator and Lecturer for AG134: Agricultural Mechanization
Responsibilities involved the development of the Course Outline (which include the Course Learning Outcomes, Course Contents and learning resources), provision of teaching (lectures and tutorials) and course assessments (including the formulation and moderation of tests and final exam question papers, marking and grading). This course is offered both in the Face to Face and Online modes.

Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
Undertook consultancy for the United Nations inter-agency Theme Group on Rural Development and Food Security. The aim was to produce two booklets (in English and Samoan) to provide information to the public and farmers in Samoa on what can and should be done in order to help minimise damage to food crops as a result of cyclones and strong winds. The project was undertaken under the auspices of the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator based in Samoa as part of efforts to mitigate against the severe impacts of cyclones on food security. This resulted in the following publications:
