Dr.Fred Holds A Master’s Degree and a PHD Holder From Great Lakes University Of Kisumu in the field of Community Development.

With an extensive career spanning government, corporate leadership, and international development, I have been at the forefront of public communication, policy implementation, and capacity-building initiatives that drive socioeconomic transformation.

I have served in the Government of Kenya for over seven years, holding key positions in the Office of the Deputy President as Director of Public Communication and Senior Program Officer, Capacity Building. Additionally, I have worked in the Office of the President for two years as Protocol Officer and Senior Program Officer Capacity Building, where I have played a strategic role in governance, stakeholder engagement, and public sector transformation.

Beyond government service, I am the Founder and CEO of Odyssey Company, a firm dedicated to strategic policy advisory, leadership training, and development solutions. I also founded Hanka DBSA Elementary School, where I serve as Director, championing quality education and community-driven development. My work has extended to global collaborations, including my tenure as Secretary General of the China Organization DBSA, fostering international partnerships, capacity-building programs, and cross-border policy engagements.

With a deep commitment to sustainable development and strategic leadership, my expertise lies in policy formulation, public-private partnerships, and high-level stakeholder negotiations. I am passionate about leveraging communication, governance, and capacity-building to drive sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly in food security, education, and economic empowerment.
