Administration: Coordination of the National Program on Environmental Management of INTA in Argentina, and a similar role in PROCISUR (Agricultural Cooperation Programme for the Southern Cone of South America), which involves organizations form Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. Lead author and contributing author to various global programmes:

IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), MEA (Millennium Ecosystem Assessment), IAASTD (Internacional Assessment of Agricultural Science and Technology for Development), SGA (SubGlobal Assessment), GEO-5 and others. Honorary Professor at La Pampa University, Honorary Member of AACREA (farmers organization), Honorary Rotarian member, advisor of Sociedad Rural Argentina (Argentine farmers association), scientific advisor of GPS (Producing Countries Group in the Southern Cone of South America). Publications: author and co-author of books and articles in many indexed scientific publications. Relevant prizes (shared with other lead authors): (i) 2006 Zayed International Prize for the Environment (ii) Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change acknowledgment for contributing, as lead-author, to the Award of the Nobel Peace Prize 2007 to the IPCC.
