Lubica Bartova

Professor Lubica Bartová is a faculty member in the Department of Economic Policy and Financeat the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra,Slovakia.She holds Master's and Ph.D.degrees in Applied Operations Research.Her research interests encompass agricultural policy analysis,tradepolicy modeling,and rural development. She has served as a senior researcher at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre,Institute for Prospective Technological Studiesand hascollaborated with organizations such as the FAO,USDA,and AgraCeas.She has recently evaluated the European Union's School Fruit,Vegetables,and Milk Scheme,which aims to promote healthy eating habits among children by providing these products inschools.Her research assesses the scheme's impact on children's consumption patterns and itseffectiveness in fostering sustainable eating habits.This work aligns with interdisciplinary approach,integrating agriculture,nutrition,and education to enhance children's health and well-being.
