Lourdes Noemí Guacho Sáez

In recent years I have focused my career on promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation in agriculture, furthering regenerative agriculture, agroforestry and silvopastoral models. This has allowed me to support several rural communities in Chimborazo Province, to improve agriculture and produce healthy food. So, I have developed my skills in leadership, effective communication, planning and collaboration with partners to obtain positive results for the benefit of the people. Now, I work at World Vision Ecuador as Child and Adolescent development Promoter. In my job I have had the opportunity to support communities in developing sustainable livelihoods and promote the participation of children, adolescents and young people.
