Dr Royford Magiri is an Associate Professor of Veterinary Science at the College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Fiji National University. He studied his PhD in Vaccinology and Immunotherapeutics at the School of Public health, University of Saskatchewan, Canada. His other qualifications are MSc. In Clinical Studies and Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine both from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He has been involved in tertiary teaching and research for the last 14 years in areas working first in Kenya, Canada, and Fiji. Dr Magiri’s research focuses on One Health and Climate Change on livestock systems.
