I am a Dominican food science professional with academic training in Agroindustrial Engineering, and two Master’s degrees: one in Nutrition and Food Biotechnology, and another in Innovation and Food Biotechnology, with a specialization in Healthy Food Design and Food Safety.
I have worked as a university lecturer and researcher in Food Technology at ISA University, and also coordinated projects in food safety and family farming, supporting sustainable production and nutrition policies.
Currently, I collaborate as a science communicator at UNIBIOTEC, focusing on accessible education, and I am about to begin a new position as a Microbiology Analyst in the quality laboratory at Nestlé Dominicana.
My professional path reflects a strong commitment to sabe, nutritious and sustainable food systems.
