Robert Molnar, PhD., is a Professor at the Technical College of Applied Sciences in Zrenjanin. He has over 30 years of experience in tertiary education in Serbia and more than 20 years in the consulting sector. During these periods, he has been involved in numerous projects and activities related to agriculture and the food processing industry.
His expertise covers strategic planning with various relevant analyses, the implementation and management of related projects, as well as business consulting and education/training. He has collaborated with international organizations, local self-governments, business and farmers’ associations, SMEs, and individual farmers.
He also worked at the Faculty of Biofarming in Backa Topola for two years, an institution dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed for environmentally friendly and profitable agricultural production, utilizing renewable natural resources and focusing on the protection of rural areas and cultural heritage. During his tenure there, he designed and taught two courses: Agrobusiness Management and Agrobusiness Marketing.
